Refund policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been made. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Return Policy
As our products are shipped directly from South Korea, we strictly do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
This policy applies regardless of:
- The reason for the return request
- The condition of the item upon receipt
- The time elapsed since delivery
- Whether the item has been opened, used, or remains sealed
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. We do not issue full or partial refunds once a transaction has been processed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Delayed delivery due to customs or international shipping
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Personal dissatisfaction with the product
- Sale items, promotional purchases, and gift cards
3. No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to have a different item, you must place a new order separately. The original purchase will not be eligible for return or credit.
4. Damages and Incorrect Items
In the exceptional case that you receive an item that is significantly defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, materially different from what was described on our website, or incorrect (wrong item shipped), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution. This does not guarantee a refund or replacement and is handled on a strictly case-by-case basis.

5. International Shipping & Customs
Since all orders are shipped directly from South Korea, customers are fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are non-refundable and are not the responsibility of our company.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Orders held or rejected by customs will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you made an error, contact us immediately at hello@skindi.in, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
