SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Skindi currently ships all orders internationally from the Republic of Korea. Our products are sourced and dispatched directly from Korea, which means delivery times are longer than domestic shipping. We appreciate your patience and are working to bring inventory closer to you in the future.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All orders are shipped internationally and typically arrive within 14 to 28 business days from the date of dispatch. This timeframe accounts for order processing, international transit, and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, local postal service performance, customs processing times, and other factors outside our control.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We do not process or dispatch orders on public holidays observed in the Republic of Korea.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

As all orders are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by Skindi.

Skindi has no control over customs processing times or charges. If you are unsure about the applicable duties and taxes in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


DELAYS AND LOST SHIPMENTS

Skindi is not liable for delays caused by international transit, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 35 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@skindi.in and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Skindi is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@skindi.in. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


FUTURE UPDATES

We are actively working to establish local inventory in India, which will significantly reduce delivery times for Indian customers. This policy will be updated when that change takes effect.
